A SPA designed exclusively for women 40 and over!

As women over 40 we know you have busy lives and that you don't have time to focus on yourself as much as you'd like. That's why we've created an exclusive SPA just for you! Please join us for an experience you'll never forget. Meet 29 other individuals who have experiences similar to you. Together we will begin to build a foundation that will assist you in moving from victim to survivor to simply YOU with no labels. Surviving life is exhausting work. Our goal is for you to get back to living life, truly being in the moment. We will explore creative therapies along with lots of bonding time to assist in your healing process and provide an inclusive, non-judgmental, understanding, relaxing, safe, and fun environment for you to discover your unique path for your personal journey.

Each SPA day begins with a different 30- minute exercise in the morning to assist you in connecting your mind and body. From there you'll spend time working together as a group through guided physical and mental activities to help you reach a deeper level of healing. Your afternoons will be spent horseback riding, hiking, receiving massage treatments, or just sitting by the stream talking with other survivors like yourself. In the evening we'll meet as a group for dinner and then settle by the fire to share our thoughts about the day before retiring to our rooms for a peaceful night's rest.

We'll be staying at the secluded St. Joseph Institute, which is nestled among the trees near State College in Pennsylvania. It is less than 3 hours from Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Washington. The Institute's mountain location is beautiful in every season and offers a peaceful, relaxing setting perfect for rediscovering and honoring yourself.

To ensure you receive the most from your experience at SOAR SPA we require all participants to stay at the designated resort. After all, you can't bond very well with someone when you aren't in the same location.

Registration is $950 per person and includes the following:

• Lodging for 5 nights (All rooms are double occupancy, meaning you will be sharing a room with another participant. If you wish to have your own private room there is a $500 fee to upgrade).

• All meals (5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 dinners)

• A $200 credit for the wellness center, which you can use toward any spa services of your choice.

• Four full days and two half days of SOAR SPA activities.

• A gift bag with lots of SPA goodies to keep you motivated when you return home!

Transportation to and from the Institute, including airfare is not included in the above price.

SOAR SPA is limited to 30 participants (destined to become life long friends), so please register early.
