You're taking a big step forward in your healing process by registering for SOAR SPA®.

The registration process is simple:

• Download the Registration Form

• Download the Consent Form

• Mail both documents, along with the registration fee, to:

  Orlando, FL 32803

Once we've received your registration materials, a member of the SOAR SPA Team will contact you for a brief phone call. They will ask you questions about your healing process, what type of counseling you've received, and what type of support is available to you. Your answers help us in preparing for SPA.
